Also, in mid-July the OECD DAC released the findings of their mid-term review of the New Zealand Government Aid Programme. You can read this as a PDF here. As is always the case with OECD reviews, it’s a pretty upbeat document, but it also contains a range of insightful positive and negative findings — a very useful resource.
