UPDATE: We’ve collated the responses we received to the Score Card questions. You can read them here.
Working with Global Poverty Project NZ, NZADDs has created an election scorecard for the 2011 New Zealand general election.
Use the scorecard to see how well candidates in your electorate measure up against key principles of good development practice.
To do this simply download the scorecard and find out the positions of candidates in your electorate on development issues (give them a call or send them an email – make them work for your vote). You can then weigh these positions up against best practice as outlined on the score card.
While you’re doing this we’ll be contacting current sitting MPs to find out their views. The responses we get will be added to the scorecard web page.
